We’re looking for a Designer to join our in-house design team based in London. Our design team pick up and respond to a range of design briefs, producing high-quality artwork for audiences including patients, corporate clients and clinicians. You’ll play a vital role in helping shape the HCA Healthcare UK brand visually and communicating why we are the leaders in healthcare for our customers, both in the UK and internationally.

As a Designer, you’ll:

• Be responsible for producing print and digital artwork files for a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, out-of-home, press and social.
• Support the wider HCA UK teams with asset creation.
• Act as a brand guardian to ensure adherence in work produced by the in-house team and external agencies to support the wider business.
• Provide feedback, art direction support and guidance for external agencies and work with other creatives such as photographers where needed.
• Propose new creative concepts for campaigns and advertising.
• Supply print-ready artwork and approve print proofs for a wide range of artwork.
• Manage personal workload and support our studio management team with project status.
• Proactively introduce new methods and/or software which can help improve the processes of our in-house studio.
