We are presently searching for a Designer for our NorCal studio. The Designer, working under general supervision of a Senior Designer or Project Manager, provides design support primarily in project administration, presentations, concept design through design development, and contract documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Extensive knowledge of design principles, workplace trends and aesthetics
Extensive knowledge of repositioning and adaptive r-use projects• Advance presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of space planning
SALARY RANGE: 70,000 - 85,000 BASED ON EDUCATION, LICENSING AND RELEVANT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.
