What You’ll Do (The Mission): Precision Engineering: Create expert-level AutoCAD drawings for new site builds, complex upgrades, and fiber optic expansions. Infrastructure Strategy: Analyze structural blueprints and construction plans to ensure designs are buildable and efficient. Technical Leadership: Independently manage complex projects, including traffic control plans, conduit design, and underground utility profiling. What You Bring (The Requirements): Experience: 2+ years in engineering drawing production, specifically within Telecommunications or Utilities. Education: A technical degree or BS in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field. Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
