You bring the following:

University degree and consulting experience

Expertise in logistics and warehouse planning or intralogistics

Ideally, experience with AMR/AGV

Analytical and process-oriented thinking

Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with customers

Excellent German, good English & willingness to travel

Your profile as a Solution Designer:

• Studies in logistics, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in solution design, logistics planning or intralogistics, ideally at a logistics service provider, consulting firm or system provider.
• Knowledge of process design, layout planning and/or lean and project management
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as enjoyment in developing new concepts.
• Confident demeanor and good communication and presentation skills
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to undertake occasional national and international business trips

Your responsibilities as a Solution Designer:

• Development of customized warehousing and intralogistics solutions based on individual customer requirements
• Planning efficient warehouse layouts, material flows and processes
• Support with tenders, customer workshops and presentations together with the sales team.
• Integration of WMS, automation and digital technologies into holistic logistics concepts
• Creation of business cases as well as profitability and feasibility analyses
• Support for projects from concept development to successful implementation
• Collaboration with internal departments, customers and external partners
