Our Longford based manufacturing client is seeking a Designer to join their team.
The company has gone through significant growth and investment and are looking to increase their headcount.
This position will be a permanent on-site position, on a Monday-Friday daytime basis, working hours are 8AM-5PM.

• Develop and oversee design programs, ensuring alignment with client contractual agreements.
• Handle all technical aspects of the business, addressing both internal and external queries.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to provide technical expertise and value engineering during the tender process.
• Partner with the Production Manager to ensure manufacturing information meets production requirements and drive process improvements where needed.
• Lead and manage the in-house design team, setting clear targets and tracking progress.
• Foster and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers across Ireland.
• Ensure all design activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with client design teams and external consultants on active projects.
• Work closely with site teams to address and resolve project-related queries.
