Overview Job Title: DESIGNER, MULTIMEDIA Multimedia Designer - Learning and Development About the Role:We are seeking a creative and passionate Multimedia Designer to join our growing Learning and Development team. You will play a key role in designing engaging and effective learning experiences for our agents through a variety of digital media, including graphic design, video production, and animation. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: ● Design and develop engaging digital learning materials, including:○ Interactive training manuals and guides○ Presentations and infographics○ Videos (live-action and animated)○ Motion graphics and animations● Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and translate complex information into easily digestible visual content.● Maintain a consistent brand identity across all learning materials.● Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in multimedia design and eLearning.● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.● Proven experience in a multimedia design role, preferably within a learning and development context.● Strong portfolio showcasing:○ Graphic design skills (layout, typography, color theory)○ Video editing and production expertise ○ Animation and motion graphics proficiency ● Proficiency in industry-standard software:○ Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)○ Camtasia, Vvyond○ Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning authoring tools (preferred) ● Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. ● A passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences. Bonus Points:● Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).● Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
