Since 1989, Nomads Clothing has been creating timeless, ethical womenswear inspired by artisanal craft, rich global textile traditions, and a deep commitment to fair trade and sustainability. We are now looking for a creative and commercially aware Designer to join our small and passionate team, playing a key role in shaping our seasonal collections from concept to final product.

• Designing seasonal womenswear ranges that align with the Nomads brand identity and core customer profile.
• Leading and supporting the concept development process, including trend forecasting and initial idea generation.
• Creating mood boards, colour palettes, and seasonal storyboards that visually communicate the creative direction.
• Designing exclusive print and textile patterns, ensuring they reflect both aesthetic appeal and ethical sourcing standards.
• Conducting in-depth trend, fabric, and sustainability research to inform design decisions and maintain a fresh yet timeless appeal.
• Supporting the range planning process by developing well-balanced collections across styles, categories, and price points.
• Collaborating with overseas suppliers to translate design concepts into production-ready garments, with attention to fit, fabric, and finish.
• Working cross-functionally with the buying, marketing, and sales teams to ensure collections are commercially viable and on-brand.
  Maintaining clear and consistent design documentation, including tech packs, CADs, and print specifications.
