EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field or equivalent experience in a creative role.
  • 1–3 years of design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.

Responsibilities

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate creative concepts into polished design executions across print, digital, and experiential.
  • Taking process from start to completion including all production required to finalize projects.
  • Design with strong attention to typography, layout, color, and composition.
  • Work collaboratively with creative leads to align work with project goals and strategy.
  • Ensure all design output meets the agency’s standards for craft, clarity, and quality.
  • Participate actively in brainstorms and creative development sessions.
  • Take direction well and implement feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Prepare and organize design files for production and development teams.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Keep a positive, proactive attitude, even when the work is fast, or the ask changes.
