As part of a highly collaborative design team, you’ll refine our design processes, lead end-to-end projects, and contribute to building a diverse, user-focused team that consistently delivers outstanding experiences.
This role is perfect for a hands-on designer with a passion for learning, a deep commitment to amplifying the voices of our users, and a drive to move quickly, make decisions, and ship software daily.

Lead the design process for key products and features, from discovery to delivery.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define the product vision and align on strategy.
Own and evolve our design system so that it can scale across multiple platforms and teams.
Translate user research, analytics, and feedback into beautiful, functional designs that solve real problems.
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animations that “wow” stakeholders and users alike.
Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to inspire creativity across teams.
Advocate for the user at every stage, ensuring design decisions are grounded in user needs and usability.
Be opinionated and leverage a direct line to our customers to get insights. Explore solutions, create prototypes, and dive into user feedback/data to identify points of friction and opportunities for improvement for every initiative
Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices—and bring fresh ideas to the team.
