Job Description At PSI, the Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining specialized graphic materials used in clinical trial documentation. In this role, you will collaborate with global teams and provide guidance on design requirements and best practices for various PSI departments. Hybrid in Warsaw Your responsibilities will include: Production of tailored visuals for documents and presentations Maintenance of design projects calendar and ensuring formatting milestones are met on time Ensuring brand consistency throughout projects, editing layouts, visuals, and text alignment Maintaining and updating company documents and templates Maintaining graphic and photographic libraries Providing design guidance for PSI departments Editing and proofreading graphic materials Development of training materials and instructions Conducting general and document-specific design training Qualifications College or University degree Certificate of Graphic Designer Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role At least 1 year of clinical research industry experience is preferable Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR) C1 level in English and fluency in Polish Proficiency in Photoshop, image/video editors, PowerPoint and other standard Microsoft Office applications Experience with Sharepoint and Power BI is a plus While applying, please make sure you submit your CV in English and include your Portfolio.
