  Key Responsibilities * Lead the design and development of sheet metal components, assemblies, and weldments. * Create and oversee detailed drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation. * Serve as a technical authority and mentor for junior designers and engineers. * Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and leadership teams to ensure functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective design solutions. * Utilize AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor to develop high-quality 2D and 3D product models. * Introduce design best practices, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage complex design projects from concept through final production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.   Required Skills & Qualifications * Extensive industrial design experience (7+ years preferred), ideally in finishing systems, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, or related industries. * Advanced proficiency in sheet metal design, fabrication principles, and manufacturability considerations. * Expert-level command of AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor. * Strong design documentation, drafting, and detail-oriented skills. * Ability to lead design efforts independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams. * Proven problem-solving ability with a strong track record of delivering high-impact design solutions.   Desired Skills * Familiarity with Revit and Navisworks. * Familiarity with Vault. * Experience with design automation, parametric modeling, or engineered-to-order product lines. * Understanding of industry codes, standards, and best practices related to finishing systems and industrial design.   Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Advanced certifications in AutoCAD, Inventor, or related tools are a plus.   Benefits & Incentives * Extremely competitive compensation package crafted to attract senior-level talent. * Competitive sign-on bonuses for qualified candidates. * Comprehensive benefits package including: * 401(k) with company match * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Health savings account (HSA) * Paid time off * Additional optional coverages   If you are a seasoned designer with a passion for creating innovative, functional, and manufacturable solutions—and you're looking to join a company aggressively investing in top talent—we want to meet you.
