Job Description Roles and responsibilities Develop detailed 3D models for underground utility networks using Autodesk Civil 3D. Model wet and dry utilities, including storm drainage, sanitary sewers, water distribution, gas, and telecom. Generate plan, profile, and cross-section drawings for construction and regulatory approvals. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using tools like Navisworks. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate representation of existing and proposed conditions. Maintain model integrity and ensure as-built conditions are accurately reflected. Work within multi-user environments using cloud platforms (ACC, ProjectWise). Customize object styles, label styles, pipe network styles, and configure part lists as per project requirements. Support data management through shortcuts and drawing references. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Technology, or a related field. 3 –10 years of experience in Civil 3D utility modeling. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks. Experience with ACC, BIM 360, or ProjectWise. Strong understanding of municipal infrastructure standards and construction documentation.
