WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design commercially viable swimwear styles that align with seasonal concepts and business goals.
• Execute high-quality designs with an eye for detail across fit, fabric, color, and print.
• Build and refine seasonal collections, incorporating feedback quickly and effectively.
• Conduct competitor and trend research to inspire and inform design direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development.
• Present design concepts confidently to internal partners and leadership.
• Develop sketches, prototypes, tech packs, and BOM updates in Centric software.
• Maintain linesheets with accurate sketches and color callouts.
• Mentor and guide junior design talent in a collaborative studio setting.
• Deliver against timelines and budget while upholding design integrity.
