Overview Our client is looking for a hands-on Designer / Video Editor to work closely with their team producing high-performing social content for a wide range of clients. The majority of the work is practical, performance-driven social content designed to sell event tickets, drive sign-ups, and build engaged communities. You’ll be taking clear concepts or objectives and executing them quickly using existing assets (footage, photography, templates, and brand guidelines). You’ll be working across multiple client accounts of varying sizes, meaning the style, pace, and requirements will change frequently. They are looking for someone who thrives in that environment and can apply strong creative judgement without needing step-by-step instructions. What You’ll Do Design and edit short-form social content (primarily video, with supporting static assets where needed). Execute against a defined social calendar with clear concepts or objectives. Translate rough briefs (goal, platform, key message) into strong, engaging creative assets. Use existing footage, photography, templates, and brand guidelines to produce content efficiently. Adapt creative style and execution across multiple clients and industries. Deliver content optimised for performance across platforms such as Instagram and other social channels. Iterate quickly based on feedback, performance, or changing requirements. Strong experience as a Designer and/or Video Editor for social media. Proven ability to create performance-driven content, not just aesthetic brand pieces. Confident working from high-level briefs and making sound creative decisions independently. Comfortable editing with existing assets rather than always shooting from scratch. Strong understanding of what works on social (pacing, hooks, formats, layouts). Ability to manage changing requirements across multiple client accounts. Fast, reliable execution with attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience working with events, fitness, sports, community, or experiential brands. Motion graphics or light animation skills. Understanding of platform-specific best practices (Reels, Stories, feed posts, etc.).
