POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to deliver high-quality training in CAD (AutoCAD or similar), Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and technology.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and/or 3D), Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, teaching, or real-world application of the tools
• Strong presentation and instructional skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional certifications in any of the tools (e.g., Autodesk Certified, Microsoft Office Specialist, Oracle Primavera Certification)
• Experience in both classroom and online training delivery
• Background in construction, manufacturing, or engineering industries
• Knowledge of other related tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks, BIM)

• Design and deliver hands-on training sessions in CAD, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6
• Develop course materials, training manuals, and instructional videos as needed
• Customize training programs based on student or organizational needs
• Provide one-on-one support and feedback to trainees
• Assess learning outcomes and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Stay current with software updates and industry best practices
• Maintain accurate training records and reports
