Hours:
Perm 37 hours a week (Mondays to Thursdays 9 am-5.30 pm, Fridays 9 am-5 pm)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a Business or IT related degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Some customer service experience preferred but not essential as a good attitude and personality is just as important
  • Must have a strong enthusiasm for sales and technology
  • Must be target orientated, money motivated and have a competitive edge

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The DBAM (Desk Based Account Manager) will be tasked with supporting the existing client base, reducing churn, and upselling of multi pillar solutions. We envisage the role will account manage approximately 75-100 clients. You will be fully immersed into the sales cycle and can expect to be coached by an Experienced Sales Manager whilst supporting the clients and working closely with the Sales Manager. The DBAM will be targeted on an individual basis and on AGP (Actual Gross Profit), this will be an achievable but challenging target. RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a DBAM you will be expected to:

  • Increase revenue and margin and new product adoption from the base
  • Hit monthly sales targets
  • Deliver activity based KPI’s – calls made to clients; meetings booked etc
  • Quote and propose FluidOne’s product and services
  • Forecasting business opportunities to line manager
  • Support the team to help achieve their target
  • Take active part in training sessions to maintain good technical and industry knowledge
  • Manage customers ongoing sales needs and propose new solutions
  • Support account queries and escalations
  • Be a consistent contact for the accounts with regular proactive contact
  • Support Account development plans
  • Help organise client events and workshops
