SUMMARY

The primary purpose of the Desk Sales Agent is to convert call volume coming into Wildanet into sales, driving positive revenue and maximising sales opportunities, as well as making outbound calls using warm or cold lead data to convert and maximise sales to achieve targets. This shall be across Consumer B2C and B2B sales calling into the main Sales IVR.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for technology and helping communities connect is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Helping customers to make the move to Wildanet, making phone-based sales from inbound calls.
  • Helping customers find pre-contract solutions and processing sales via web chat.
  • Ensure all orders are processed efficiently & effectively using Wildanet ordering system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are fully updated with order / installation progress.
  • Work closely with other members of the Wildanet Team and transferring customers to right departments when required.
  • Ensuring quality and compliance standards.
  • Meeting and exceeding operational sales targets consistently.
  • Demonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand value.
