Job Tittle: Desk Side Support Engineer LOCATION: Bloomington, Illinois Job Summary · Asset lifecycle management including assets receiving, tracking & deployment and audit / stock management · Procurement of Devices such as desktop, laptop, mobiles Procurement of Software with the help of Client procurement team · Receive new equipment from OEMs, inspect and update the inventory list · Vendor coordination for replacements, warranty repairs · Provision new end user devices that are in scope · Receive devices under repair, provision loaners and make updates to the inventory list as required · Software image rollout with standard images before asset deployment · Provision / break fix of all device that are in scope · Schedule and deliver new and break fix equipment within the office campus Mandatory Skills : Hardware asset Management – Install/troubleshoot/Redeploy Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Network components, Major Incident Management, Basic Knowledge: ITSM Process Management – Change, Release, Data Analysis and Reporting Applications will be accepted until 10/3/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $ 50,000 - $59,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
