About the role: As a Deskbound PM, you will be the primary relationship owner for a Cohort of broker businesses. This role is a relationship management position designed to deliver the core values of the Member Service Plan which are; Save you time, Keep You Safe, and Diversify Your Business. You will work to uplift the NPS for this cohort by providing consistent, deskbound support, training and guidance. The cohort of brokers will be broken down into three segments. Segment A: 0 - 7M in settlements, Segment B: 7M - 15m in settlements and Segment C: 15M + in settlements. Each of the three segments will have different priorities, however the overarching goal is to increase NPS, boost compliance standards and help support them to grow their business. Key responsibilities: Relationship Management & Growth Primary Point of Contact: You will be the main relationship owner for a Portfolio of brokers, addressing issues and concerns beyond the scope of the Customer Services team (ASKLMG). Such as, but not limited to, lender issues that would require reaching out to our external Stakeholders. Training and and Development: Coordinate and conduct training sessions as required with the cohort focused around fundamental MyCRM Knowledge (to complement training available in BrokerVersity). Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes Segmented Engagement: Execute specific engagement strategies for each segment, including succession planning, growth/efficiency planning and MyCRM fundamentals. Service Plan Optimisation: Liaise with the Regional Directors to conduct annual reviews, ensuring brokers are on the most appropriate service plan for their volume and revenue. Diversification: Drive white label lending (e.g Go Money, Zeus, AFX) by connecting brokers with these partners for deal queries and value add opportunities. Compliance & “Keep You Safe” Stricter Oversight: Work closely with the compliance team to monitor our underperformers in our internal audits Strict monitoring of our external ACLs and ensure all broker activities are compliantly being captured. Remediation: Trigger and coordinate 1 : 1 compliance and MyCRM training for brokers who receive Red or Amber audit reviews. Operational Excellence & Efficiency Save You Time: Promote MyCRM Efficiencies Promote Brokerversity as the primary training tool and provide monthly communication on relevant modules Liaise with Roadside PM’s to coordinate broker attendance at local events to drive greater engagement Reinforce and encourage the use of ASKLMG, the Customer Services team and the Onboarding Experience teams for general servicing needs. Role Boundaries (Scope of Service) Deskbound Delivery This role does not conduct in person visits. This role does not offer priority turnarounds or escalations. This role is not involved in organising events This role does not provide bespoke deal assistance or organize standalone events. To succeed in this role you will bring with you: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field. A strong understanding of industry regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance integrity Previous experience in aggregation Strong knowledge of banking products and services Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills with the ability to manage relationships remotely Proven ability to motivate people to achieve performance targets Superior knowledge of myCRM and operational processes
