Job Tittle: Deskside Support Agent LOCATION: Charlotte, NC Job Summary Mandatory Skills: Desktop Administration, SCCM, Intune, Field services support, Citrix Environment Management · We are seeking a dedicated Deskside support Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. · Knowledge and Hands on experience in End User Devices Desktops, Laptops & Virtual Machine, Intune, SCCM and basic of Azure fundamentals. · The ideal candidate will have expertise in Desktop Administration, Field Services, and Desktop Management with a focus on Landesk. · This role involves managing and optimizing geospatial data systems to support our companys strategic initiatives. Responsibilities · Manage and optimize EndPoint Operations to ensure seamless functionality and security. · Oversee CITRIX environments to provide reliable and efficient virtual desktop solutions. · Implement and maintain Desktop Management using SCCM to streamline software deployment and updates. Utilize Device Management Intune to manage · and secure mobile devices across the organization. Provide Field Services support to address and resolve hardware and software issues on-site. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business needs. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot · issues to maintain high availability and reliability. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance system security and efficiency. · Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical support and training to end-users to · enhance their productivity. Lead projects related to IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements. Document system configurations, processes, and · procedures for future reference.
