What You Will Do: Manage end-to-end hardware lifecycle and imaging – Image and deploy Windows laptops/desktops, handle IMAC (installations, moves, additions, changes), perform hardware refreshes, coordinate warranty/out-of-warranty repairs, and manage asset reclaim, disposal, and spare parts inventory. Provide hands-on and VIP support across multiple platforms – Troubleshoot post-deployment issues on Windows, Macintosh, and mobile devices; support executive (VIP) users; resolve hardware/software conflicts; and deliver audio/video support including health checks for meeting spaces. Own asset management, onboarding, and reporting – Tag and log all incoming equipment into the asset management system, ensure proper hardware assignment for new hires, coordinate with external vendors for dispatch repairs, and deliver weekly reports on physical inventory counts and hardware outflows. What You Need: Platforms & OS imaging – Windows and Macintosh (including portables), imaging Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office Suite. Networking & printers – TCP/IP, Windows Networking, Ethernet, plus networked printer experience (queue creation, server maintenance, etc.). Hardware & repair – Break-fix, warranty/out-of-warranty repair, hardware refresh, spare parts management, printer installation, data backup/recovery coordination. Asset management & reporting – Asset tagging, inventory management (depot operations), spreadsheet proficiency (Excel formulas, calculations across multiple worksheets, functions), weekly physical inventory reporting. Languages, license & shift availability – Fluent in French, intermediate English, valid driver's license, can start immediately, open to shifts (Morning/Mid/Night). Why join us?
