Overview Location: Lancaster, PA - Onsite Job Type: Full Time / Contract to Hire Work Authorization: No Sponsorship The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Deskside Support Technician. Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of deskside support experience supporting a standard PC hardware and software environment. Responsibilities Provide deskside support to end users in an office and manufacturing facility setting that will consist of standard PC hardware and software troubleshooting Interface with a service desk and a customer IT support team to achieve deliverables supporting the end users A strong emphasis is placed on providing a timely resolution to support requests and providing a high level of quality customer service. Ideal candidates should be tech savvy, embrace new technology and changes quickly. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma - Required Associates Degree in IT - Preferred Requirements: Deskside support experience and basic troubleshooting - 2+ years Support skills including: hardware, software, printing, networking, file shares Windows 11 support experience Proficient in the latest Microsoft Office Applications (Office 365) Service Now or related ITSM ticketing tool experience Microsoft Active Directory - Add/Delete users Experience with computer asset tracking Experience with user ID creation Support and administration of network phones (VoIP system)
