Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the entire network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Provide expert-level technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and user accounts, ensuring secure access and efficient resource management.
• Implement and manage network security protocols, including intrusion detection and prevention systems, to safeguard against threats.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA, demonstrating foundational knowledge.
• Have a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in desktop support and network administration roles.
• Possess a strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network security principles.
