JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 Desktop and Network Engineer to provide technical support for our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for desktop systems, network connectivity, and other IT-related issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Familiar with IT ticketing systems is a plus.

SKILLS:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support experience (fresh graduates with Internship experience are welcome to apply).
