JOB DESCRIPTION:

IT Network & Systems Support:

• Day to day IT Operations and ensure smooth operation of network hardware, software, and telecommunications
• Provide technical support for offices in PH, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore
• Experience in managing network infrastructure(hardening, access control)
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate to vendors where required.

Project Delivery & Regional Collaboration:

• Lead or support IT infrastructure projects(office setups, hardware refresh, systems upgrades).
• Coordinate with regional IT teams and third-party vendors for implementation and support.

Licensing & Compliance:

• Manage software licensing, subscriptions, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IT standards, and regulatory requirements.

Documentation & Training:

• Maintain IT process documentation and asset inventory.Conduct knowledge transfer and training for end-users as needed.
