The role of the Specialist Technician (ST) is to identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues at assigned public schools throughout Victoria. The role is exclusively located onsite at the assigned school as agreed by the Department of Education (Client) and Technetics Consulting (Supplier).

• Relevant knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Windows server technologies
• Relevant knowledge and management of Microsoft and Apple devices
• Suitable knowledge and experience in Network Administration
• Relevant experience in an educational setting, along with knowledge of wireless deployments
• Previous experience with planning, deployment, and management of 1 to 1 user/devices in a school environment
• Demonstrate the ability to plan and run ICT professional development sessions and work collaboratively with the Schools’ ICT Management
