Job Summary: The Vice President of Desktop Engineering & Digital Workplace will lead strategy, design, and hands-on implementation of several end-user computing platforms and digital workplace technologies. This role will drive the organization’s transition toward a modern, secure, and user-centric digital workplace leveraging Windows Modern Management, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Mobile Device Management. The VP will maintain governance over operational resources, oversee patch management, collaborate closely on vendor relationships, and actively participate in budgeting processes, while continuously driving service improvements and prioritizing exceptional end-user experiences.
