Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2+ years of IT experience.
• Strong computer troubleshooting, hardware, and software support
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Web Browsers, and taking phone calls
• Experience with building computers, imaging computers or installing Windows
• Must be able to think analytically
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to interact positively with internal and external customers.
• CompTIA A+ preferred
• Must be able to work shift rotatio

Note: Must be open to multiple shifts as we do a rotation every few months.

Purpose:

• The Technician II will analyze and monitor MES systems and equipment across the Automotive Manufacturing plant.
• Provide level 1 support in continuously supporting production
