JOB DESCRIPTION

We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations.
We have an immediate requirement for a L1 EUC for an on-site role as below:

Experience:

• EUC: 2 years (Preferred

• Provide Level 1 technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Perform basic hardware repairs and replacements (fan, RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, screen, motherboard under guidance if needed).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and authorized software applications.
• Manage user account creation, password resets, and permissions via Active Directory.
• Assist with network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams and vendors for escalations.
• Maintain asset inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all support activities.
• Provide support for video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.).
• Set up and configure new employee workstations and perform decommissioning of old systems.
• Support mobile devices (Android, iOS) for corporate email and app configurations.
• Maintain compliance with security standards and operational procedures.
