We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently, we are looking for IT Technician for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients.

Adhoc/Dispatch - Requirement:

• Exp in handling desktop/network issues/CCTV installation
• Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
• Install patches
• Software and Hardware Break Fix
• Basics of Wifi
• Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration
• Install and administer MS Office
• Business english with local language

Standard Tools Engineers need to Carry While going to site:

• Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
• Cisco Console cable (DB9 – Rj45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB convertor used , make sure drivers are properly installed
• Laptop should have following program/software installed
• Putty
• Team Viewer
• TFTP server
• Screw Driver Set
• Internet data Card
