Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their Sydney-based IT team, providing high-quality support across a fast-paced and professional environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience providing Level 1/2 desktop support within a Windows environment
• Knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and remote access technologies
• Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and end-user support best practices
• Knowledge of VoIP, mobile, and internet technologies
• Exposure to networking equipment including switches, routers, and patch panels
• Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) and meeting room technologies
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Change Management principles
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and provide exceptional user support
