We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in maintaining and upgrading computer systems, ensuring smooth operations across hardware and software platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in desktop support and a passion for problem-solving in IT.

• Replace and upgrade computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10, including imaging and application setup based on user needs.
• Address general IT service requests and troubleshoot routine hardware and software issues.
• Provide installation and support for hardware and software upgrades.
• Utilize Microsoft Active Directory and System Center Configuration Manager to manage computers and user accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and align with organizational objectives.
• • Maintain clear and precise communication with colleagues and clients to provide effective support.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in desktop support within the last 5 years.
• Proficiency with desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10, Adobe, and antivirus programs.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and System Center Configuration Manager is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong adaptability to evolving technologies and work environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and adhere to safety requirements.
