Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for Windows OS, MS Office 365, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage tickets to resolution.
Handle imaging, deployments, device lifecycle (refresh/retrieval), and break/fix tasks.
Ensure compliance with security policies and antivirus tools.
Occasionally support events, execs, or data center tasks (smart hands)
