ABOUT THE ROLE:
CSR are in the process of a digital revolution and a new opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team based in North Ryde.
This business-critical position will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support to users within the business as well as IT asset management, desktop, network and infrastructure maintenance to CSR. Reporting to the Infrastructure Ops & Support Manager this position will be the Desktop Support contact for multiple sites and to prioritise and work autonomously.
