We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications (Windows/macOS/Linux)
  • Respond to support tickets and log all activity in the helpdesk system
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets in Active Directory
  • Maintain asset inventory and perform routine system checks
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and provisioning of equipment
  • Liaise with vendors and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain documentation of procedures and configurations
