We are seeking a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable IT support for our users. You will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, resolving technical incidents, and supporting end-users both onsite and remotely.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
  • Experience with Service Desk / Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken).

    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: $230.00 – $260.00 per day

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Manage Active Directory accounts, email configurations, and user access rights.
  • Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and standard office applications.
  • Support remote connectivity (VPN, remote desktop, collaboration tools).
  • Document incidents, solutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Provide VIP support to senior staff and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with vendors or higher-level engineers for escalations.
