We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. You will play a key role in maintaining system reliability and delivering excellent user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory, Office 365, or similar platforms.
  • Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person support.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
  • Support deployment of software updates, patches, and security compliance.
  • Assist with IT asset management, including inventory and hardware lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with network, server, and security teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
