We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service to end users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software updates
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Support end users with incident resolution and service requests
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary
  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure proper functioning of IT equipment
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €170.00-€180.00 per day
