We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team on a 12-month full-time contract. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent end-user experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a Desktop Support or IT Support Engineer role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

    Pay: $4,500.00 – $5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
  • Support end users with desktop, laptop, printers, and mobile device issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with IT asset management, upgrades, and system deployments.
  • Ensure adherence to company IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
