We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to end-users in a fast-paced environment. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users (in-person, phone, and remote).
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, printers, email, VPN, and network connectivity.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, password resets, and permissions.
  • Support and configure Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other productivity applications.
  • Document, track, and resolve issues using a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar).
  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system security and compliance.
  • Provide IT onboarding support for new hires, including device setup and orientation.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and coordinate hardware replacements when required.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level IT teams when necessary.
    Job Type: Contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
