Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support services. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting end-users, and assisting with IT infrastructure tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7–10, MS Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers).
  • Familiarity with enterprise antivirus, encryption, and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of iOS/Android mobile device management.
  • Basic understanding of macOS and Linux support.

    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: $230.00 – $260.00 per day

Responsibilities
  • Provide deskside support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
  • Handle IMAC/D activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission).
  • Diagnose and resolve OS, application, and network connectivity issues.
  • Perform hardware break-fix, printer support, and coordinate with vendors when required.
  • Assist with new hire setup, device refresh, and asset collection.
  • Support server room/data center activities (hands & feet support with L2 team).
  • Manage spares and stock at dedicated sites.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and maintain documentation of tickets and resolutions.
