We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and assistance to end-users. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
  • Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: $220.00 – $240.00 per day

Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software updates.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Respond to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Support remote users through remote desktop tools.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Ensure systems are secure and compliant with company IT policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required.
  • Assist in setting up new employee workstations and accounts.
