Description

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and supporting end-users both remotely and on-site. You will be the first line of support for technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems (Windows/macOS).
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and peripheral issues.
  • Set up and support mobile devices, printers, and other office equipment.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and perform regular updates.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of staff including device setup and user access.
  • Ensure all support requests are logged and resolved via the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors.
  • Follow company IT policies and ensure data security and compliance.
