JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will provide end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across assigned sites.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in Desktop/IT Support.
  • Language: German (minimum B2 – mandatory), English (working proficiency).
  • Certification/Permit: Valid work permit in Germany.
  • Other: Valid driving license.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and standard IT tools.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, Networking, and IT Security practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with customer-focused attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software incidents, problems, and requests.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Support system upgrades, patch management, and IT rollouts.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and asset inventory.
  • Provide onsite and remote support as required.
