Position: Onsite IT Support Engineer L2 / On-Call Desktop Engineer Location: Navi,Mumbai India Shift Requirement: Flexible, including early morning shifts starting as early as 3:00 AM IST Requirements What You Will Do: • Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requests • Provide VIP user support with professionalism and urgency • Deliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in Centre support, including quick fixes and device swaps • Support boutique IT environments and workplace applications • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, docking stations, and peripheral devices • Hands-on support for POS systems, barcode scanners, and payment peripherals • Perform meeting room and AV support (Teams, Zoom, and vendor equipment) • Provide Microsoft Office 365 support including Outlook, Teams, Excel, mailbox and profile configuration • Perform Windows OS installation, reimaging, deployment, and user data migration • Support PC refresh activities including staging, testing, replacement, decommissioning, and asset tracking • Maintain CMDB and asset management updates • Coordinate with Level 2 and Level 3 teams for escalations and issue resolution • Support LAN/WAN basics and server room equipment as hands-and-eyes support • Manage printer and MFP support including vendor coordination • Log and track incidents and service requests in ITSM tools while ensuring SLA compliance • Conduct end-user training and new user induction sessions • Promote automation and remote resolution initiatives to improve operational efficiency • Manage local IT stock and support project activities Required Skills and Experience: • 2–4 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Support roles • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing support skills • Experience supporting VIP users and multiple environments • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 support • Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking concepts • Experience with desktop and laptop imaging tools such as SCCM, MDT, or USB-based deployment • Understanding of ITSM tools, HAM processes, and ITIL practices • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in an on-call support environment • Good communication skills in English and local language Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Technical discipline preferred) Benefits Why Join Excis: At Excis, your work directly impacts user satisfaction and business success.
