Role: Desktop Support Engineer (Casual Dispatch)
Location: Canberra
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM tools
Strong skills in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot & PC building (SCCM)
Knowledge of Active Directory, GP updates, imaging & installations
Good communication & customer service skills
Flexibility to work on projects/off-hours support when needed

Pay: $1,940.85 - $3,000.00 per month
Benefits:
Provide day-to-day local/remote desktop support (hardware, software & applications)
Handle inbound calls, troubleshoot, document solutions in ticketing systems
Perform break-fix, fault diagnosis & resolution (Windows, AD, O365, Networking, Printers)
Install, upgrade & troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and authorized applications
Support Intune, Autopilot, BitLocker, SCCM, and related technologies
