Description

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to join the IT team and work closely with end users. You will directly address technical issues and handle a variety of hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices) and software systems, giving you practical, hands-on experience with various complex equipment.
Working on-site in Houten, close to Utrecht, from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting the incidents on user hardware such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iPhones and iPads), printers, scanners etc.
  • Installation of additional software applications
  • Add and remove printers
  • Provide necessary support for the remote users
  • End-users support for WiFi service
  • Basic network support
  • Image and re-image new and existing user hardware such as laptops, desktops and Citrix terminals
  • Configure and set up user mobile devices, organize the delivery of these devices along with the associated support documentation and training
  • Printers setup and support
  • Recovery of user hardware as part of off-boarding process
  • General administration and maintenance of video conferencing equipment
  • Regular monitoring and physical checks
  • Support the delivery of various Infrastructure and business projects in the context of end-user equipment
