• Support End user devices, desktop, laptops, printers, IP phones & Video conferences; including assembling, maintenance & Disposal.
• Install, support & troubleshoot Microsoft Operating systems and products
• 1st Level support of business application like Bloomberg, Internal trading applications.
• Morning checks of applications and infra systems.
• Ad-hoc troubleshooting and support for user queries.
• On boarding of new Joiners & termination of leavers access rights & release assets.
• Software & hardware Inventory management.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on project implementations tasks such as testing, upgrade, migration and movements.
• Ensure security and compliance in the end user computing space
