DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

Location: Glasgow City Centre
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Flexible working to cover shifts which is a 1 in 4, 8am-6pm rota
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We’re looking for candidates with strong experience across various IT systems and software, including but not limited to:

  • Good knowledge of Window 10 & 11
  • Good knowledge if building laptops
  • Working knowledge of Azure AVD environments
  • Good knowledge of MS office 365 products and tool

Along with the desired technical skills, having motivated and enthusiastic colleagues is important to us. The successful candidate for this roll will be:

  • An effective communicator
  • Good trouble shooting and problem solving skills
  • Be self-motivated and able to collaborate with others
  • Be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload;
  • And keen to develop within their rol

THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for an IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis

WHAT THE ROLE IS ALL ABOUT:

As part of our IT helpdesk team, you will be part of the first point of contact for colleagues based across our Glasgow and London offices as well as our field-based teams.
