About the Role
We are seeking 10–12 skilled IT Support professionals to join our team in Penzberg, Germany. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for end-users, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth IT operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Mac) and business applications.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and IT tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Perform routine maintenance, patching, and system upgrades.
  • Support IT hardware and software rollouts.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintain IT asset inventory.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams for escalations and projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Helpdesk roles (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and standard IT tools.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Language Requirements

  • Native German speakers preferred.
  • Non-native candidates must hold at least B2-level German certification.
